Innovation Pod is a unique set of cutting-edge, extra-curricular programmes designed to help children develop the skills they need to be successful in the 21st century. We teach children how to develop a mindset of resilience and perseverance; how to overcome failure and embrace challenges; how to be innovative within a design concept; and how to lead others.

Coding is the century’s education buzzword, and it has good reason to be. A knowledge of coding gives children the ability to build games and websites and to develop new digital technology.

Mad Science

Our STEM courses are a multi-disciplined exploration into the world of scientific investigation. Children studying in this pod will receive a certificate from the British Science Association which can form part of their Record of Achievements.

In this pod, children learn the art of oracy, which refers to their ability to fluently express complex ideas and opinions. Our pupils will present, debate, challenge and defend opinions in current affairs, politics and philosophy.

This is like a think tank for children. The pupils in this Pod are required to collaborate in projects where they will learn to apply mathematical methodology to real-life problems.

Pupils in this Pod create an innovative product and take it to market. They hone their team and leadership skills to overcome challenges at every step in this journey including finance, sales, marketing and production.

From pullies to programming, the innovators in this Pod have to develop their knowledge of physics, ICT and technology to construct products for the betterment of society. This includes building bridges, making remote control vehicles and programming robotics.
