  • Is my child signed up for the club?
    To check if you've signed up for the club, you'll need to log into your account and select 'viewing form'. This shows all past and present clubs that you've joined. The codes represent each term as shown: 233 - Autumn Term (Sep - Dec) 241 - Spring Term (Jan - March) 242 - Summer Term (April - July)
  • How do I sign up a second child?
    If you've already created an account with us then you'll need to head over to select your school on our website and sign up using 'New Students' by filling in your second child's details using the same email address . If an error message pops up at the end of the registration, please do not create a second account. A member of our team will approve you onto the system and you will receive a confirmation email regarding this matter.
  • Can I be automatically enrolled for the following term?
    No child is automatically enrolled for the following term. If you're already in the club you'll be given a chance to rejoin during the priority window for your school. After this, the club will be open to all.
  • Are there spaces for the club?

  • When can I sign up for next term?
    The sign up forms usually open 3 weeks before the term ends depending on the school. All parents will be informed of when the forms go live.
  • Who else is in the club?
    For safeguarding reasons, we are not allowed to disclose this type of information.
  • I've signed up and tried log in but I get a message saying I've got an account but I can't log in. What do I do?
    If you're a new customer and can't log into your account after filling in the registration form then your registration has failed. It takes 20 mins for it show up on our system which is when we will approve you onto the system where you will be able to log in and make a payment.
