Glenworth

We're excited to announce that Innovation Pod will be running its award-winning Coding club at Glenworth Primary School in September 2022.  Read about our curriculum and find full details about the clubs below.  

If you're an existing customer, click the blue button to access your account on our registration portal LoveAdmin.com.  If you've not used the service before, select the 'first time logging on' option and use the email that you originally signed up with as your Username.  You'll see the courses listed under the payments tab.

Years 1 - 2

Children in our KS1 club will take part in our exhilarating 'Creative Art' and 'Code to Music' modules. In 'Creative Art', children learn and apply coding skills on three different platforms that allow them to create  images and patterns on screen like a real digital artist. As well as a chance to be creative with their coding, this module builds up their block coding skills to be confident with directions, variables and pauses. In 'Code to Music', pupils will be learning how to code music with a variety of platforms, including Scratch, Pencil Code Gym and the virtual micro:bit. They’ll make interactive projects with a dynamic soundtrack.

Dates and times:
Clubs take place straight after school until 4:30 pm

Years 1&2: Thursdays
From 15th September - 8th December

Pick-up and drop off:
Children are collected from their classroom and taken straight to their club.  At the end of the session, children will be either picked up by a guardian from the front entrance or taken to another provision at the school.

Snack: 
As our club is straight after school, parents can pack a healthy snack in accordance with the school's food policies.  

Price: £42 per term
