Years 1 - 2
Children in Key Stage One will study our 'Animal Coding' and 'Scratch Jr'. In ‘Scratch Jr.’ children build video games on a multi award-winning coding platform. They gain a huge sense of achievement as they create games which their friends and family can play. In 'Animal Coding', children learn coding in an engaging and rewarding environment that utilises gaming elements to teach programming concepts. Some of the activities also teach text-based coding so children learn to program like a real developer.

Years 3-6
Children in Key Stage Two will take part in our 'Code Combat' and Scratch modules. In our popular ‘Scratch Arcade’ module,
children create retro arcade games which they share with children across the world. They consider design aspects and playability as
well as solving difficult algorithms. In 'Code Combat', children will learn typed code through a programming game. Children will solve
puzzles through learning the basics of Python including basic syntax, arguments, strings, loops, variables, and algorithms.
