We are excited to announce that Innovation Pod will be offering its award-winning Coding and Robotics after-school club at Coleridge Primary School in April. Read about our curriculum and find full details about the clubs below.

Years 3 & 4

Children in Key Stage Two will study two thrilling modules, 'Code Combat' and 'Virtual Reality'. In Code Combat, children will learn typed code through a programming game. Children will
solve puzzles through learning the basics of Python including basic syntax, arguments, strings, loops, variables, and algorithms.
In our ‘Virtual Reality’ module, children design and build worlds which they code to be interactive with the user. They then get the chance to “walk through” their own creations wearing our VR headsets.

Details & FAQs

Dates and times:
Clubs take place straight after school until 4:30pm

Years 3&4 Wednesdays 
From 20th April - 6th July

Pick-up and drop off:
Children are collected from their classroom and taken straight to their club.  At the end of the session, children will be either picked up by a guardian from the front entrance or taken to another provision at the school.

Snack: 
As our club is straight after school, parents can pack a healthy snack in accordance with the school's food policies.  

Price:
£5.50 (plus VAT) per session.  Payment for the full 11 weeks is taken as a one-off Direct Debit of £72.60. 

This is NOT a recurring payment and you will NOT be entered into a subscription.
